I was put in touch with Mrs. Jeffries through Michael Kalmus, and she has been a God-Sent. Dealing with lawyers and doctors for the past couple years, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone that's advocating for you that actually cares, has been thru the process herself, and is as down to earth and compassionate as it gets.
