I disagree with some of the positive reviews below. In my situation I had a simple.review required for a tax year and a structured update over email. In my opinion their English was not comprehensible when I spoke to them first over.call and I could understand anything that was being explained. When I asked for an email update written down the entire team disappeared on me while sending me generic emails about how I should call them if I need assistance.
