We had been a customer of NRI for years but recently found them to be blatantly dishonest. They had an item listed on ebay for around $3100. We put in an offer. They promptly declined and then relisted the item for over 11K. When we asked them about it, they said it had been accidentally relisted and that the real reason they declined our offer was that they didn't have it in stock. We accepted this explanation. I was very disappointed by a recent purchase from one of their auctions. I purchased a lot that was advertised as having a retail value of of $30,000. I have purchased from other auctions and was not actually expecting to get that much out of it. I paid $1770 for the lot plus about $550 for freight and so far I have not been able to get a single dollar out ot it. Most of it was trash and some of the items that were "new" are 30 years old.
