Want to give a huge shout out to the guys at NRG - generously got me out of a spot of bother today. Johnny had just serviced my bike (thanks heaps) and when was leaving I accidentally got the front wheel of my car entangled in two bike stands that I had just bought (forgot to put them in the car :( ). Nick kindly helped me by jacking up my car to release them. Tried to pay him for his time but he refused. What great guys and incredible service. Hugely appreciated!
Excellent service, I had my electric bike serviced three times at NRG, each time had an excellent experience and quality work done.
The team were super helpful and friendly in letting me test ride a bike I had purchased online so I could confirm I was ordering the correct frame size.
