I have worked with Emilio and Rafael in the past for fibernet services. We wanted to switch our phones to them as soon as our prior contract expired. The nQuery team set us up with cloud phone services right before the Covid-19 outbreak and shutdown. Thanks to their expertise and guidance, they were able to set us up with a fantastic system that allowed all our staff to work from home and answer calls from their apps on mobile or pc without having to use their cellphones. I was referred to working with NQuery last year as I was evaluating communications providers. They were extremely proactive in discussing with me my needs. They worked to get me excellent pricing options and were very involved in the installation process. Subsequently I had some billing issues with the internet connection provider and they worked immediately to resolve it. I'm very satisfied and would happily recommend them.
