Place is an absolute joke. Asked Doug to order a sample tie 4 times before it came in. He finally got it in and we approved it. Upon receiving our suits 2 days prior to the wedding, the wrong ties were in there. Our officiant had wrong color and style or suit. Groomsmen and myself all needed some sort of alteration. Was told I’d get a $100 deposit back if we order more than 7 suits. Never got it and won’t answer calls. Shady business. Stay away!

Where do I begin with this place... I could go on and on about my interactions with the owner, Doug, but I'll just leave a few bullet points instead of a block of text. - Doug is a nightmare to get ahold of and he refuses to take responsibility for anything that happens. The suits came in too big or too small and that was the vendors fault, not his (even though after our measurements were taken, we told them they were incorrect). I never leave reviews, but I hope to save someone else from making the same mistake we made. While they were pleasant people, they were unfortunately very poor business people and put a huge damper and last minute stress on our special day with their lack of professionalism and inability to actually get us our clothes in time for our wedding. 1 - Sizes/Measurements we’re way wrong on 4 of 6 tuxes (despite us telling them on several of them that the measurements were not even close to our normal size when they measured us and... read more
