Had the most helpful and informative service from Warren at NP Bike Shop. He knows everything about every bike and shares his knowledge and experience without a hard sales push. Highly recommend this shop!
My wife and I have each recently purchased a MTB and Gravel bike from NPBS. Ben was extremely responsive and helpful through the entire process from initial discussions to rolling out of the shop with our new bikes. They also have an excellent selection of accessories for all riding categories (Mountain, Road, Gravel, etc.). A one-stop shop for all of your riding needs!
Solid management team. Had a major bike issue.Ben and Shane made it right.
Purchased a bike online. Ben was very helpful and prompt in answering questions. The bike came very well packaged and I had no issues with the build. The fact that the wheels were setup tubeless was also a nice touch. Would definitely purchase from NP Bike again in the future!
