Purchased a bike online. Ben was very helpful and prompt in answering questions. The bike came very well packaged and I had no issues with the build. The fact that the wheels were setup tubeless was also a nice touch. Would definitely purchase from NP Bike again in the future!
Edit- 4-27-2026 I went again this time for a consultation about my rear shock and the mechanic was able to swap the bushings to my new shock at no cost. Quick service. I went to NP Bike Shop twice, and although they seem to have a very nice shop with a wide selection of bikes and merchandise, the customer service was nothing to rave about in my own experience. The bike repair (service) was incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. Excellent customer service. Only place I will go now for all of my bike service.

Very experienced group of gals and guys. And now that they’re selling Specialized, I would highly recommend this store. Anyone looking to buy that brand of bike owners are honest and easy to deal with mechanics are smart and know what they’re doing. and if you need wheels built, they have a guy in there that does a damn good job
