Anthony provided the basic service of filing our taxes, but was a very poor communicator. He made an error when filing an out of state payment that my wife and I owed, but never followed up with us until today (over a month later) that he made the request to pay the proper amount. Poor communication is incredibly frustrating to me, and I don't appreciate that he couldn't answer a simple question about correcting his own mistake in a timely manner.
