Good place great advice
Great place for dog food especially kangaroo
Great range of products but service is definitely lacking. I waiting patiently by the counter while another person was being served. There was no acknowledgement, no eye contact, no recognition that I was even there. I kept waiting while they talked about things not related to a sale. When another person walked in the sales guy said a hasty good bye to his customer then said “hey mate” to the new customer and went straight over while I was still standing next to him and the counter. When doing the sell, all is well When the going gets tough, the service gets rough I said, it's not the size stated Alas, I'm met with insistence, resistance and untruths (forgetfulness too?) unabated So it became my fate To pay for their issues I didn't create I never treated them as a bank I just wanted fair dinkum service, thanks!
