I live out of state and called for legal advice since the relative who passed away was in Ohio. Person stated they didn't give out advice over the phone and I would have to come into office. Explained I lived out of state and she basically could have cared a less and didn't even offer alternatives. Instead just said good bye and hung up like no big deal. Very little professionalism.
