If I could give negative stars, I would. I have gotten nothing but the run-around from outside sales agent Chris Langley - supposedly selling for AT&T/DirecTV. He promised to install internet Friday... then Saturday... then Tuesday... then today... and now he has my phone number blocked and his voicemail box is full. No responses to texts, either. Lies about customer service. Charged money that wasn't outlined in the original proposal. Horrible experience. I wouldn't give them one star except that I couldn't post this without at least one.
