Brenda is amazing! She is in tune with you the moment she engages with you. So nourishing and welcoming and warm atmosphere. Her space is truly needed in the community! I had an amazing time there. The sound bowl meditation session helped me to get back into myself & center myself back into a peace of mind & letting go of anxiety. I finished with time spent in the sauna which was soooo wonderful! 10/10 will recommend to experience Brenda’s intentional services. Such an amazing & beautiful being, truly !!
