This law group was supposed to be in charge of my grandfather's. Will I called them about concerns I had. And asked if they could help, it took them all week to get back to me and when they did get back to me, they told me that they couldn't help me and I asked the receptionist, why, because the lawyers didn't call me back, and he said that there could be a number of reasons. If I could give a minus I would. I ha e never come across a more incompetent lawyer than Joleen from Novus. Unable to strong simple sentences together and not a clue how the law actually works. She dragged everything out, got ZERO accomplished with her nonsense and cost $$$$ because of it. Great money making sceme for someone who should be disbarred.
