I’ve always been skeptical about cosmetic treatments, but Chunlei was terrific and took a conservative approach. My skin just looked healthier and smoother overall. Very happy with the result.

I have visited Chunlei several times for Botox treatments, and she has consistently done an excellent job. As a Registered Nurse, she is highly experienced in the medical field and takes ample time to discuss the procedure in detail. Chunlei is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. The office where she performs her procedures is always clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Chunlei for anyone considering Botox treatments.
I’ve been seeing Chunlei for micro needling and would highly recommend her! She explains the process very thoroughly and has an incredibly kind and welcoming approach. She makes the process as comfortable and relaxing as possible and follows up to make sure recovery is going well. I’ve been very pleased with the results so far and am so glad that I found her!
I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by RN Chunlei at NovoBay clinic and has been nothing but wonderful. Her attention to detail and explanation or the process and making you feel comfortable is like non other and I have been other places.
