I recently saw Roxanne for a hydrafacial and had an excellent experience. Not only is she thorough and unbelievably kind, she is evidently very passionate and knowledgeable about skincare. She makes it a priority to educate you while taking into account your own skin goals. Roxanne provided recommended products and links to where they can be purchased. Definitely recommend!
Incredible experience at Novo Skincare! The attention to detail and time spent explaining what is in the products you’re using is invaluable. Also, the time taken to explain what is being done as its being done adds to the relaxation and understanding of your own skin.
I had a wonderful experience with Roxanne at Novo Skincare! She performed a HydraFacial with LED therapy and dermaplaning and my skin felt amazing afterward. Roxanne was thorough, gentle and clearly very knowledgeable. What really stood out was the time she took after the treatment to talk with me about my skin and recommend a skincare routine tailored to my needs. She’s not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind—I felt completely comfortable and well cared for. I’ve already booked my next appointment!
