I had my first hydrafacial with Roxanne and the experience was phenomenal! She took the time to explain each step and the products used. Roxanne also created a personalized skincare routine set to my skins needs. I am extremely happy with my skin following the facial! I can't wait to go back.
I went in today for my first facial with Roxanne from Novo Skincare and it was amazing. Roxanne is extremely knowledgeable in skin care and not pushy with products. She takes the time to understand your skin and the issues you are looking for help with. She is also very friendly and funny and her space is very calming and relaxing. Hi. I just had my first Facial with the wonderful Roxanne. This facial was absolutely what I needed . Having Roxanne explain everything to me during my treatment was excellent. Roxanne also looked through the skin care I am currantly using and gave me a thumbs up for most of my products. Roxanne clearly explained what was good for my skin, and what not to use anymore (or not right now). I will defiantly be going back to see her in 2 months time. My skin says Thankyou Roxanne and I say Thankyou Roxanne.
I recently saw Roxanne for a hydrafacial and had an excellent experience. Not only is she thorough and unbelievably kind, she is evidently very passionate and knowledgeable about skincare. She makes it a priority to educate you while taking into account your own skin goals. Roxanne provided recommended products and links to where they can be purchased. Definitely recommend!
