honestly so disappointed. Jennifer do better! unfortunately the experience i’ve had the past few times with this specific person is unfortunate. speak to customers with kindness and grace always. I did not receive that kind of respect from Jennifer. Jennifer please educate yourself on company policies and procedures before giving out incorrect information at the customers expense.
