The blinds look great I love the shades I got I think they look really high end. However the communication with the installer wasn’t as great. Not prompt replies- had to send multiple messages to get an answer and just wasn’t overly professional. Pleasant in person but I wasn’t totally impressed with trying to schedule and get answers. Overall I would say I would recommend this place because the blinds itself look great but just be prepared to have to send a couple messages to find out what’s going on.
We recently had our blinds installed by Novo Blinds, and we’re really happy with the result! It took about seven days from the time we ordered them to installation, but it was definitely worth the wait. The quality is excellent, and they’ve made such a big difference in our home.
