I used Novo blinds in 2016 and found their blinds of superior quality. When I bought a new house in 2025 I used Novo blinds again. They still have maintained their quality and good customer service. Pankaj the sales representative who came to our house showed exceptional customer service and efficiency in fixing the blinds
Great quality product, best pricing in the city! Quick turn-around and installation. Pankaj was helpful, accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. They have my business for life. Love our new window coverings!
The blinds look great I love the shades I got I think they look really high end. However the communication with the installer wasn’t as great. Not prompt replies- had to send multiple messages to get an answer and just wasn’t overly professional. Pleasant in person but I wasn’t totally impressed with trying to schedule and get answers. Overall I would say I would recommend this place because the blinds itself look great but just be prepared to have to send a couple messages to find out what’s going on.

Very happy with nova blinds. Easy to deal with, great price. Pankaj was our installer for 2 homes and he was great. Highly recommend. Will be using them in the future for sure.
