We recently had our blinds installed and we absolutely love them! The quality is excellent, they fit perfectly, and they really elevated the look of our home. The installation was smooth and professionally done. Sir Pankaj, was always ahead of time, which we really appreciated. Ms. Mica, in their showroom office was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Everything turned out exactly as we hoped. Highly recommend—thank you so much!
It’s my second house, I got blinds in both houses first and this current one from novo blinds. No any issues at all. Happy with their service.
UPDATE: March 22, 2026 The owner has falsely claimed that the smart hub was fixed - it has been nearly a year and the hub was never fixed. I have plenty of texts back and forth with Pankaj to prove this, which I have shared with the owner. Sadly they are choosing to deceive their potential customers into thinking that ongoing issues have been resolved when, in fact, they have not.
