I called five times to check on my re-enrollment status only one was helpful enough to give a sensible answer so I can follow. The rest really was trying to mess me up more. One asked me to withdrew my enrollment. The last one was extremely short fused
I keep sending claims here because it's the address for services in Texas, but they keep denying it saying I need to send it to the address that processes Texas claims. According to the Medicare form, this is the address to send claims from Texas to.
