Just finished the closing of a new home in Hilton Head. Could not have been more disappointed with how Novit and Scarminach handled the process. One of the poorest legal transactions I have ever had. The lawyer that took us through closing had never seen the package before and you could tell she was reading the details for the first time as we signed.
