I ordered from the Holiday catalog I received in the mail. After placing an order, I read the reviews that are a mix of both good and bad. I ordered the Midnight Glitz jacket. I received it 2 weeks later. It exceeded my expectations! I recommend the company.
My first way of communication with Novica was via e-mail on August 25th, after the first failed delivery attempt by UPS, when they tried to collect Charges on Delivery, including HST. Stay away! I purchased two items a couple days ago. The next day I get an email saying they aren't able to process part of the payment for one of the items. I noticed they were attempting to charge my account quite a bit more than what my total was so I responded to their email (which is how they instructed me to respond so I could advise them how to process my payment).
