Highly disappointed. Chose the $99 special as advertised that included "Whole Body Massage + Foot Massage + Cupping". Treatment was completed within an hour. I argued for 10 mins out the front that what I had booked for was a 90 minutes so expected to be on the bed for 90minutes. She kept trying to explain that the cupping was all included at the same time as leg and foot massage. I will be taking this to the ACCC.
Super disappointed Felt like I was getting bashed They forgot about me while I had cups on my back for an hour…. Thought it was funny while they were yelling in their language and overcharged me. Would not waste my money here again. Horrendous service and behaviour
Honestly the worst massage I’ve ever had, I highly doubt the lady has ever done a massage course. I paid for a full body massage and foot cleanse for 90 minutes and she spent 50 minutes just rubbing across my back and then put my feet in a water bath and called it a day. I wish I looked at the reviews before walking in because it’s not worth the time or money.
If I didn't see bad reviews I wouldn't have posted. As a bloke, I prefer strong massages, and I've been going to Novia for almost 2 decades. I never tell them my sore spots. They find them and do extra work on those areas. Had a couple of microsleeps recently during treatment and I've never been offered 'funny business' as I have been with others. Male or female masseuses here have always been top-notch. Thank you.
