We purchased one of their products at an adult store and the first product worked well for a few months biut then it just stopped working. Placed a warranty claim and item was replaced with same product, however the replacement only worked 2 time and became so hot that we could not use it, not to mention the item shuts off on its own with in seconds of turning on. Didn’t charge after one use. High priced, fun product, but did not recharge at all after one use. This was a gift to me and so because I enjoyed the idea of the product, I contacted customer service to replace it. If your product does not work, replace it right? Wrong, they wanted me to embarrassingly contact the person who bought it for me and get a receipt. Kirk's customer service is top-notch. I bought a defective product, called customer service in Boca Raton to see if I could reset it or troubleshoot in some way, as it was a brand new item. Turns out you could not, there was a problem with the remote sensor or something like that.someone answered the phone on the first ring, it was Kirk, he walked me through the troubleshooting process and apologize for the inconvenience. Then without even requiring the receipt, I asw sent a new and perfectly functional toy, and they gave me... read more
