Overall disappointed in the run around I have been getting from this offices billing and insurance coordinator. Was originally told that a procedure I needed for PCOS was not covered by my insurance. When I called my insurance to confirm come to find out that the procedure was covered but filed incorrectly. SOOO glad I switched to this practice from my prior OB. Everyone has been absolutely incredible from the front desk staff, the nurses, doctors and even the phlebotomist! I especially love that the doctors are the ones doing the ultrasounds so you’re getting updates and information during your appointment and they don’t mind questions! My previous doctors office would schedule an ultrasound for Monday and you wouldn’t be able to talk to a doctor until the FOLLOWING Tuesday. I seriously cannot recommend this practice more. I struggled with ongoing issues for a year and a half with a different practice, and Dr. Fitzpatrick was the first person to really listen to my concerns, and help me solve ALL the issues I had going on. She advocated for me, and it was so nice to feel like I was really being listened to, and it wasn’t all in my head. Dr.Devault is awesome!! I cannot recommend Dohr, Coll & Gadson highly enough! I was referred here by a friend for my pregnancy, and choosing this practice was the best decision I could have made. Throughout my pregnancy, I had the pleasure of seeing every doctor in the practice, and each one was incredible. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or dismissed.
