I love this office! Dr Coll & Dr Fitzpatrick, especially! They are so kind, thoughtful and considerate. They handle every situation with grace. I love their affiliation with Good Shepard Hospital, too. And front desk staff are the best :) highly recommend for all your OBGYN needs!!
Every doctor in this practice is outstanding. I feel comfortable seeing any of them, but I especially like scheduling with Dr. Fitzpatrick. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and consistently uses the most current, evidence-based approaches in her practice, which gives me a lot of trust in her care.
Our family had such an easy experience. Really thankful for Dr. Fitpatrick and her team!
My sister had a terrible experience with Dr. Dohr & her unprofessional staff. She had to wait so long for her test results and they were very caustic when she called to ask for the report. Dr. Dohr did not have a caring bedside manner and did not take the time to explain what was going on. She also did not have any recommendations for her symptoms and just left my sister hanging. 😡
Absolutely terrible experience. My wife was a patient here during her pregnancy and every visit was frustrating. Expect to sit in the waiting room 2–3 hours past your scheduled appointment time almost every time. This office clearly overbooks patients and has little respect for people’s time. The front desk is extremely unprofessional. Phones ring constantly while the receptionists sit around talking, and we even overheard staff discussing patients in the office, which is completely inappropriate in a medical setting.
