I cannot say enough wonderful things about this OBGYN practice! All four doctors are knowledgeable and dedicated to their patients. They delivered both of my daughters at two different hospitals and each experience was incredibly positive from start to finish. I always felt heard, cared for and supported every step of the way. The entire team made what can be an overwhelming time feel calm, safe, and joyful. I’m so grateful for their expertise and kindness and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my care.
The absolute WORST! Ruth in billing added so much additional stress and anxiety during my pregnancy. She was nearly impossible to get in touch with, and when I finally did she was incredibly cold and lacked compassion. This woman should NOT be dealing with pregnant women, period. Additionally, during my delivery, Dr. Coll seemed to be more focused on the time I was taking to dilate than my/my daughter’s well being. I absolutely love this practice. I am due with my first baby in a couple of weeks and have had nothing but the best experience at every single appointment throughout my pregnancy. Every doctor has been so kind and informative. Any questions I ever have are listened to and answered. I would highly recommend this practice to any woman pregnant or not as each and every doctor is such a delight to see!!!
I genuinely love this practice. I’ve had two babies with them and always received the kindest care. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a bit but sometimes they are in there immediately (just like any other doctors office I’ve ever been to). They always take the time to make sure all your questions are answered. Everyone is so kind and considerate. The office staff is wonderful and the doctors are incredible. Extremely unprofessional front office staff. Especially the office manager, Ruth, however I think I spoke with Nancy and she poses as the office manager and says her name is Ruth. Shocked to be spoken to like that as a paying patient. This had been multiple times throughout my pregnancy and after with the unprofessionalism, unnecessary rudeness. Loved the doctors, sad to see it’s being managed so poorly now.
