Great physio. Very clear communication and great follow up with emailed exercise program
Adrian has been very patient and understood my issues and what was causing them. He has helped reduce my aches and pains also has given me some useful rehab exercises that are relieving the tightness and pain in my lower back and glutes. Great work so far and have already recommended him to my family and friends.
Adrian is a life saver! Takes on the most complex clients (ie me lol) and provides instant relief and gym advice without limiting me to “rest” which is usually what happens! Even texts to follow up on how you’re feeling after your first visit! Absolute legend!
Adrian helped my 16yr old son with an ankle injury which could've resulted in ankle surgery if we didnt do frequent physio sessions. After multiple sessions the ankle has healed & is stronger then it has ever been. My son had also mentioned he had back pain in our early appointments which Adrian also worked on. Every appointment from then on he worked on his ankle & also his back. I highly recommend Adrian in my opinion he clearly truly cares for his clients.
I partially torn my ACL last November and started seeing Adrian one month after injury. At start, I lost all my faith and confidence since my surgeon recommend a conservative treatment without operation. When Adrian knows the decision, he then give me targeted exercises to do at home progressively to help recovery.
