Adrian is a life saver! Takes on the most complex clients (ie me lol) and provides instant relief and gym advice without limiting me to “rest” which is usually what happens! Even texts to follow up on how you’re feeling after your first visit! Absolute legend!
Adrian helped my 16yr old son with an ankle injury which could've resulted in ankle surgery if we didnt do frequent physio sessions. After multiple sessions the ankle has healed & is stronger then it has ever been. My son had also mentioned he had back pain in our early appointments which Adrian also worked on. Every appointment from then on he worked on his ankle & also his back. I highly recommend Adrian in my opinion he clearly truly cares for his clients.
I partially torn my ACL last November and started seeing Adrian one month after injury. At start, I lost all my faith and confidence since my surgeon recommend a conservative treatment without operation. When Adrian knows the decision, he then give me targeted exercises to do at home progressively to help recovery. Adrian sorted out my recent back issue well. He is polite and friendly, and the clinic is well presented, quiet and clean.
My recovery and regular sessions at Novar Sports Physio were fantastic. I had an uncompromised plan throughout. Adrian has a thorough understanding of the body in my opinion, and can adapt a plan to anyone. A few sessions I had experienced included dry-needling, this worked in tune with some massages and remediated my problem! I highly recommend this Physiotherapy clinic.
