The actual physical theraphy was fine, but the people at the front desk are absolutely terrible. They looked at my insurance and told me with confidence that I was fully covered for visits with no copay or coinsurance, proceeded to load me up with visits, then months later I get a $400 bill. Called them about it and of course they have no idea and no explanation. Go somewhere else.
This team has been amazing!! I have seen Alex once and Stephen three times. Alex did the initial assessment and was super! Stephen has created the perfect exercises for me and has challenged me without pushing me too far. In the three visits I've had with him over the past week and a half, I've seen incredible improvement. I highly recommend this team, including Nancy!!
Not recommended. You don't see the same physical therapist and none of them are on the same page with therapy sessions. The therapists also don't watch you while you do the exercises; instead they are typing on their computer. Waste of time and my knee still hurts and I'm still making payments on the stupid therapy.
