Good service! I could tell they were irritated by the amount of Quest clients they were getting because Quest was turning people away saying appointment only or made up hand written testing times. Kudos to them for handling it accordingly! Just be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes or longer if you don't have an appointment.

Jack Paul Shepherd III, MD Is the worst dr I’ve ever experienced. The nurse and reception is awesome. I’m not sure who he bought his degree from but he needs to return it. I have never in my life seen a doctor make fake diagnosis and suggestions just because. He is exactly why I don’t go to Novant Doctors if it wasn’t for the job sending me there for a physical I wouldn’t have went.
