I am very disappointed with my visit here. The front desk staff lacked compassion and empathy and it was evident as they were getting visibly annoyed when new patients kept coming in as the location closes at midnight which is unacceptable. The provider I saw was John Bethune and the appointment seemed very rushed and transactional. Moral of the story if you don’t have the heart posture and compassion to work in healthcare you probably should find another industry to work in.
I literally just left this urgent care , I’m in stages of early pregnancy and the medical assistant at the front was so unprofessional! I felt bad going in felt even worse leaving out due to no type of customer service and then to be told they can’t due fluids there instead of asking this before we even went to the back . Not a great first experience with them and won’t be going back for anything
Terrible experience. Totally avoided helping and told to go to ER for a very simple procedure. An inch long splinter that was deep in skin, just a simple cut and stitch. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
