The staff is very nice. Would have appreciated being seen on time at any visit. Had to wait every time even when staff seemed to be standing around talking to each other. No privacy. Basically I was seen a few times, then they said that was pretty much all they could do and I should see about getting an injection.
Pace of therapy needs to be picked up. The student interns are useless. They sit around and just watch everyone else work. I have never been to a PT where name tags were not being used. It took me 5 visits before I learned that I was working with a PTA and not a PT. I am very disappointed to date.
I cannot recommend Andrea Gadway highly enough! From the very first session, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and supported. Her knowledge of pelvic floor physical therapy is exceptional, and she takes the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand.
