Pace of therapy needs to be picked up. The student interns are useless. They sit around and just watch everyone else work. I have never been to a PT where name tags were not being used. It took me 5 visits before I learned that I was working with a PTA and not a PT. I am very disappointed to date.
I cannot recommend Andrea Gadway highly enough! From the very first session, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and supported.
