jim changed my life. hes very honest and blunt which i personally appreciate because i did need to hear it. if you cant handle taking accountability for your health then you wont like what he says, i think. I am here after major rotator cuff surgery. I have found all staff and therapists to be very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. A nice quiet atmosphere, close to home. I am very pleased with the service I am receiving.
If anyone decides to go to this place, I would highly recommend staying away from Jim Drake. He definitely lets his job go to his head and does NOT make his clients feel comfortable being around him. He expects you to understand everything he is saying to do. He definitely gets his PT confused with his side job of coaching. He would rather belittle you and tell you straight to your face to go back to your surgeon and have surgery.
