Amazing, WONDERFUL staff!! You start with the SWEETEST receptionist who walks you through everything then you are greeted and worked with by the best physical therapists! They worked with me in the office and outside of the office. Never pushed me to a point of uncomfortable. If I was in any kind of pain, I felt comfortable saying so and exercises were adjusted. I am always pleased with my physical therapy sessions at NovaCare. The staff is great to work with and I will continue to use this location when needed.
The people here are great. This review is not about them. It’s about the billing practices of their company. They deceive you into believe you will pay a certain amount as an “estimate” and then only after you are done, do you get a bill for hundreds of dollars more. Unless you get it absolutely in writing guaranteed and your insurance has agreed to pay for it, I would avoid doing this.
