My sister found out she had cancer and other things and coz she kindly called them and informed them while she was dealing with all that she couldn’t make it and was told all be fine after she couldn’t make it for 4 sessions due to her being in and out of the hospital…. They cancelled her sessions and didn’t tell her then the front desk dropped the call on her while she was explaining herself …. I enjoyed my time at Nova Care. To staff was great and the are very knowledgeable about what therapy will work best for you . The staff are always courteous and very helpful when needed. Thank you for helping me ease the pain and to work thru it. You are greatly appreciated.
