Jacqueline was extremely pleasant and helpful and kind.
The team is very knowledgeable and committed to making sure you get better with your physical therapy.Both PSS helps to keep you on track of your appointments.This is a very friendly place to get physical therapy.
Five-star service every time. The front desk staff are amazing - super efficient and knowledgeable about insurance, etc, but really importantly they are kind and empathetic with all of the patients. Really makes sometimes stressful therapy visits more pleasant.
Ms.Jacqueline at the front is amazing and will make sure you understand everything and that your taken care of! My PT Laura and Kyra are absolutely amazing!! I love NovaCare so much and have been a big part of my recovery!!
