I stopped in to get an appointment with this company and Jacqueline, the person behind the front desk was very busy on the phone but still greeted me with a real Smile. She was very polite and asked if I had an appointment. I let her know I was there to set up an appointment. Again, very politely, she asked me to wait until she was finished with her call.
