The PT's were very nice, caring and friendly. I enjoyed socializing with Michelle and CeCe. They had such a positive and uplifting energy to them that made therapy fun and even more effective. They compassionately listened to me, and diligently worked to alleviate my pain. Erin was very considerate, kind, and attentive. The ladies in front desk were really helpful and sweet. They never hesitated in providing me with the best care at this center.
they're gentle but effective
My son had knee surgery and consequent PT at another location/business. NovaCare is far more caring and professional. You always had the feeling that you were an intrusion at the other place and “one hour” sessions were often 30-40 minutes. Not the case at NovaCare. The staff is not only knowledgeable but I never feel rushed and I’m always glad I went. 5 stars+.
