I chose NovaCare for my prehab before my total hip back in 2023 and they were very good. Now I have a painful issue with my other hip and returned for more P.T. Dr. Bill, Jerry, Liz and staff are just way above top shelf. Friendly, caring, focused, knowledgeable, supportive and extra. We just can’t get this unusually high standard of physical therapy elsewhere in The Shenango Valley. They have an entire gym and therapy pool right there as well. William Reinheimer, PT listens to the difficulties you are experiencing and designs a plan to meet your needs as a patient. He is very personable, knowledgeable and caring.
Bill provided clear instructions on how and why to do each exercise. He maintains a friendly and knowledgeable staff also so it is a great place for PT.
