The physical therapists (Jen and Ellie) are professional and set up treatment plans for each patient. They monitor each person and respond quickly if assistance is needed. The environment is comfortable. `
It was great. Brian is very knowledgeable & set up a great routine for me & was consistently on hand to guide & watch me & make sure I was doing things correctly. It was never more than a 1 to 2 ratio & often just 1 to 1 because of my flexibility. I would highly recommend Novacare.
The care I received here at Nova Care Chalfont was excellent. I had several injuries that needed to have OT. Kerry set a plan for me and worked with me to get me to our goal. She explained each exercise and how it was improving my recovery. Always greeting me with a smile and a positive outlook. Kerry was very patient with me. She is very experienced and kind.
