All the staff is great and Bri really helped my son! They were very friendly, easy to work with, and professional. They also prioritize my son’s comfort throughout and made sure I was well informed on what to do at home in between sessions. Highly recommend!
While my son’s therapist was kind and professional the office staff was horrible. Someone forgot to reschedule my son’s appointment (I have phone records to prove the call). When we arrived they acted as if they had never heard from us and refused to not only see him for his scheduled time but refused to schedule him due to our lack of contact. We work with Ms Lindsay, Ms Tara and Ms Lara, we have had a great experience with all these ladies and are so thankful for them!
Therapists were fantastic but when my child was sick it counted against her even if she had a doctors note. It's not my fault that my child is sick and has a chronic health condition. There were never any times for me to reschedule that worked with my work schedule so she was about to get dismissed because we had missed 3 appointments over 4 months time due to her chronic health issues.
