We do not recommend this Aged Care service provider, not only do they overcharge & double charge but they mostly don't provide the services they claim are available through them. We have been given one excuse after another as to why, many months later, they haven't provided our simple requests. Yet all the while they are paying themselves handsomely out of our package while we get nothing. Our experience, unfortunately, has been greatly disappointing.

I recommend Nova Care to anyone. I had my grandmother with them and she had the most wonderful experience seeing different places and living here best years going out with Nova Care. She was 98 years old until she went into a nursing home, but she was still going out with the Nursing Home up to 103 years old. Now I have my mum with Nova Care and she just loves to go out. After some initial teething I can’t thank the NovaCare team enough. Great staff. Friendly and efficient. Kind and compassionate.My mother’s needs were met and my expectations exceeded. Other providers can take a note from NovaCare.
