I canceled my account a couple years ago because I had to move forward. But my parent still has their account with this Bank and three times she has gone to Europe within the last five years, especially on this very day that I’m writing this review. she still can’t use her debit card. We can make a week in advance visit to the Bank and let them know that we are going to Europe and we’re gonna need to use the debit card, still cannot be used. Don't want to use the R word here but all I sensed was discrimination here. I'm not white. I'm a double minority. Wanted to inquire about mortgage and right off the bat, she kept asking me if I have cash for 20% down. I wanted her to run my income, assets etc and tell me what if qualify for. Then as soon as I said I already own 2 properties, her demeanor changed. But too late. Don't go here if you're a minority
