Great service and really easy to schedule via their online booking system. They also have a lot of great and unique add-on services you can't quite find anywhere else. Will definitely love to come back!
I had a wonderful experience at Nova Therapy Massage in Springfield Mall. The staff were warm, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, creating the perfect setting to unwind. My therapist did an amazing job focusing on my sore areas and adjusting the pressure just right — I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Nova Therapy Massage to anyone looking for quality service and a rejuvenating experience.
The front desk receptionist with the headband and claw clip wouldn't let me get $5 off for paying in cash and use my $5 off loyalty coupon at the same time- so I ended up paying with credit card. I had a 75 min myofascial release and it was wonderful, but the front desk soured my experience. I have had 12 massages over the past 3 months. The therapists Annie and Mason are phenomenal and I tip well for their service, but some of the front desk staff are judgemental and pushy. Be aware.
