I am giving 5 stars on my first contact/query on Nova's service to balance out the negative review from the invalid user from 1 Yr ago. I did a Google search and got a rehab "agent" it would appear and I gave "the nice lady/agent" basic contact details for Nova to contact me. The whole staff at Nova were absolutely superb from chef's to housekeeping, it was a life changing experience and met many friends along the way thanks to all at Nova.

Absolutely disgusting customer service on the phone. Lady was pushing for names and personal info when the call was just an enquiry about location and duration. Then when discussing options she got really uppity and said their centre doesn't do that but could point me in the right direction, which woulda been great but she point blank refused to give me any other centre names or numbers. Nova helped my family member finally get through his addiction! Our family can't be more grateful for the tremendous work they have done to get him sober. He is currently going strong and is like a new man since coming back from his months stay, thank you all again for your help. Highly recommend.

I have just been to Nova recovery in Largs. My own treatment was excellent. Staff were excellent, housekeeping was second to none. CBT Charlotte therapist was excellent. Sam my key worker was very good and gave you the support when required. Driver John, nothing was a problem for him and always willing to help. The one thing I have reservations about there is no therapist for CA addict’s!!
