Very nice and professional, they are really working to give the patien relief. Thank you guys for all great efforts.
Stopped going after just 3 sessions (including intake session). During the 1 hour regular sessions, seemed like I only got 5-10 minutes of attention from the physical therapist, who would immerse herself in administrative work and talk with the receptionist from across the clinic for the remaining time (or give 5-10 minutes worth of attention to the other patient in the clinic). I started going to NoVA prime to help with chronic pain. I saw a marked improvement within a few visits. The therapists are very knowledgeable and work with you to make sure you are comfortable with what you are doing and are making consistent progress. They have worked hard to ensure they do everything possible for a quick recovery, and have helped me avoid surgery successfully. Great facility run by wonderful ladies. They do a great job paying attention to your needs and getting you in a routine that will help you recover. Very clean as well. If I ever need PT again I'll be coming here. Thank you!
I feel really fortunate that I chose nova prime physical therapy to help me rehabilitate my injured knee. Their scheduling and billing is very convenient and very affordable. I like the convenience of their location. It’s very easy to get to the staff is wonderful. Everyone is delightful and knowledgeable. It’s such a relief to be in good hands. I noticed my knee getting better and better with each visit. I highly recommend nova prime physical therapy if you need to rehabilitate any of your injuries.
