Hello, i highly recommend Nova Prime for your physiotherapy needs as it is run by highly skilled professionals. Both Sheetal and Kriti are experts at recommending excellent exercise routines and verbal consultations. My mother in law, husband and I have been their patients and they have brought positive changes in pain management for us.
They have 3 different therapist how are all super knowledgeable and nice. They very experienced and understanding. They start most patients with 3 appointment a week. I've never had a hard time finding an appointment that worked with my schedule, even while having a schedule that changes drastically every week. I have the option to do heat and stim each appointment. They also workout the tightness with the massage. That is a great place for new mothers to restore physical health. If you just had a baby that's the place you need to visit to help you feel your body again, restore all the muscles that was not working throughout pregnancy. I had great experience here after I found out that I have diastasis recti. I can feel my body again. Great exercises, stimulation and massage. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend
