Let me begin by saying that I've had a wonderful experience at NOVA Wellness Center. I've always yo-yo dieted and have had an all or nothing mentality in the past. I've been successful at losing weight in the past, but rarely kept it off for longer than 4-5 months. As we get older, our bodies change and losing the weight became harder.
