Let me begin by saying that I've had a wonderful experience at NOVA Wellness Center. I've always yo-yo dieted and have had an all or nothing mentality in the past. I've been successful at losing weight in the past, but rarely kept it off for longer than 4-5 months. As we get older, our bodies change and losing the weight became harder. I have lost 18.5 lbs. I am a failed Gastric bypass so I wasn't very optimistic but the girls at work are coming here and really dropping the weight. On my first visit, there was only encouragement. Rachel, the nutritionist, told me that she could help me. I thought, sure, that is what they all say but you know what? I am following her advice and plan and it is working! It is NOT difficult. Dr. Suri and his team have been life saving for my husband and myself. Not only are we both within about 10 lbs of our goal weight BUT we are BOTH NO LONGER DIABETICS.
