We use to get Nova Microbial products for all our cattle needs (the products were not kept frozen, practically unusable). Our sales rep did not do a very good job of keeping up with the orders we need and sometimes would order more products than requested, we ended up calling the office to try & place the order - the receptionist was not very helpful at all & we were told to contact our sales rep for our needs.
