Went for a drug screen, was in and out in 20 minutes, staff very welcoming and nice
I was told I could walk in to do a DOT physical and that they were open until 5:00. After registering and spending 15 minutes filling out forms and history online, I arrived at 4:33 and was turned away because I missed their "cutoff time" of 4:30, which was never stated or posted. Very disappointing and frustrating

'Concentra' in Oshkosh was my only option available to me on last Friday when I needed to have the drug test done for the next Tuesday (tomorrow). While other possible solutions were not working, 'Concentra' in Oshkosh was open and available. On a total walk-in basis, I showed up, checked in with a welcoming staff, briefly waited, I got my test done, and I was out their door on my merry way in about a half hour. Concentra in Oshkosh was fast, efficient, and friendly. Kudos. Nice job! 👍
