I wasnt told that I would be getting 2 text messages to sign in and I just was told about the one. So I was just sitting there waiting and waiting until she finally tells me "did you get that 2nd message to fill out yet and complete " > I said no, I didnt know I was expecting one to fill out. So that would be nice to know that in advance when you get there that 2 messages are being sent to you to fill out and complete.

The girl at the front desk was so nice, sweet, thoughtful and caring and I hate giving a rating of 1 star. She would get a 5+ if this was just about her but unfortunately it’s not. I’m not sure if that person who gave the actual physical was just uncaring about others feelings or just liked to fail people and make them feel like a liar and a loser. I left that place in tears! Never again will I ever step foot in a place where she is working! It was my worst experience ever with anything to do with a medical appointment.

I’m giving this location 2 stars because the staff I interacted with were kind and professional, but the actual access to care was extremely disappointing. I came in seeking help for what seems like a fairly common women’s health concern, only to learn that the clinic was not equipped to provide the appropriate testing or analysis needed to evaluate it.
