Waited up front for 15 minutes before someone came out to assist. Only after asking though. Then when paperwork was done I asked how long until I get pulled back because I could go next door quick to pick up some groceries. Was told 10 minutes max. Took 53 minutes until I was called back.
I was very happy with the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. Completey day and night compared to my experience at the Appleton clinic last year.
I guess you can't get a personal drug test here
