In and out rather quickly. Everyone seemed to be on the same page from the time I arrived until I departed. Wish all stops were like this. Oh wait a minute. I am confusing this place with the place I went to get unloaded and finish the trip. Concentra was great. Nice people work there with a lot of patience. Took me over an hour before I could squeeze a drop.
Everything was good but the waiting.got there at 8am after the 2ft of snow we got over the weekend and never got out of there till 11:30
