I needed a pre employment screening. I am from the Upper Peninsula so we made the 3 hour trip to Concentra. When I walked in I was immediately greeted with a smile and an “I can help you over here”. Every person I had any interaction with was so kind and cheery. This place had some of the nicest people I have ever encountered in all my times going to various healthcare offices! Well done Ashland Concentra!
The service was excellent, the nurses, Doctor and staff always super cordial and respectful.
The staff are understanding and listen and treat me with respect. Love this place for dot.
