I got the care and diagnosis well enough, just preferred an actual written doctor's note to provide my employer instead of a patient summary as the method of a note. It isn't a proper form of a work note to excuse an absence due to an illness. Otherwise great service outside of that.
This is a great place to come for a DOT Physical. The staff is great. The place is clean plus there’s even snacks. For the kids. But have seen the big kids (adults) helped themselves too. I recommend this place.
Staff was very friendly and courteous. Visit was quick and not a long wait time. Thank you Concentra Staff of Abilene.
