Needs bigger building and more employees to accommodate the amount of customers it has.
It was horrible! The staff was extremely nice but slow! I was in there for nearly five hours waiting!!
I was there for 5 hours total. The amount of walk in contracts they allow from the new AI facility is what is making them crazy slow. The patients they have scheduled, take priority over the new job walk in tests. So plan on staying half the day, just waiting and praying for your name to be called. They did try and speed up the walk in people after they overheard a person saying they had been there for almost 4 hours already. Super long wait times right now. Super long is way longer than just regular long wait times. Super long is when you break the 4 hour mark. I'm still here waiting as I write this so I'll let you know if we get in to the Super duper long wait times.
