My father came to get hearing aids and we were both very pleased with our experience with Sam. She answered every question that we had and went into detail about what to expect. We got the hearing aid and John set them up for my father he was such a pleasure to talk to while my fathers hearing aids were set up. My father has love them so much and I just can't express how much I appreciate them. Thank you both!
Absolutely terrible experience. Had to cancel everything and go with someone else. Could not get anyone to return calls or respond to emails. They were great at making promises but did not follow through....not once. There are no supervisors to contact and no main office to voice concerns. Very poor service. I would not recommend.
Had a 930 appointment and nobody even acknowledged us that we were there. We waited over 40 min and nothing. Its a small office and obviously knew we where there but couldnt get up to say anything. Do not recommend.
Absolutely the best people to deal with very courteous very friendly, very knowledgeable and I’m glad I stopped
