Absolutely terrible experience. Had to cancel everything and go with someone else. Could not get anyone to return calls or respond to emails. They were great at making promises but did not follow through....not once. There are no supervisors to contact and no main office to voice concerns. Very poor service. I would not recommend.
Had a 930 appointment and nobody even acknowledged us that we were there. We waited over 40 min and nothing. Its a small office and obviously knew we where there but couldnt get up to say anything. Do not recommend.
Absolutely the best people to deal with very courteous very friendly, very knowledgeable and I’m glad I stopped
By far, this is the most wonderful medical practice I've ever been to. The staff is super friendly, even when crazy schedules interfere with appointments. John understood my unique needs and we even found a solution to keep using my beloved pink stethoscope. I recommend anyone and everyone I speak to, that needs hearing services, to call Nova.
