On August 19th, 2026, I started wearing my new UNITRON hearing aids from Nova Hearing Centers. Last two weeks have been a life-changing experience. I have worn hearing aids for 20+ years. This is my 5th pair. In July I met Sam, my hearing specialist at NOVA. Sam’s knowledge of the evolution of hearing aids and UNITRON’s technology gave me confidence that this was the best for me. I want to know the hearing and it was my first pair of hearing aids one hearing aid broke down on me I never could be able to get in touch with anyone in there and when I did get in touch with them they would ignore me send me some girl that doesn't know I don't know what she does that she's a secretary but she doesn't even know anything concerning hearing aids the guy's name is John and supposed to take care of my hearing aids and never did terrible people very dishonest
My father came to get hearing aids and we were both very pleased with our experience with Sam. She answered every question that we had and went into detail about what to expect. We got the hearing aid and John set them up for my father he was such a pleasure to talk to while my fathers hearing aids were set up. My father has love them so much and I just can't express how much I appreciate them. Thank you both!
