First and second persons that I spoke to didn't have a clue about DOT cards, and the third was extremely rude. Took about 15 minutes just to get a simple question answered.
Very long wait times even with an appointment. (had to wait nearly 3 hrs before i was seen) Extremely nice staff and very caring.
