Drive through shouldn’t take 20 minutes for a few cars to go through- especially with pre orders in place. Drive throughs are meant to be a grab and go situation. Also, why does only one employee ask for everyone’s ID in the vehicle and then every other employee gets confused if you give them other IDs than the one the order is placed for? There needs to be more consistency and flow- especially for the amount of employees I have seen inside the building before. No reason for the unnecessary wait times or unorganized tactics.
